Do you accept returns for the roses?

• Unfortunately Studio de la rose does not accept returns. All our arrangements are handcrafted and made upon order, thus our products may not be returned. All our sales are final and will not be refunded or given store credit.

For the best long lasting roses follow our care instructions:

• Do not water the rose arrangements
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight
• Store in room temperature environments
• Gently remove dust as needed
• Do not place other object on top of roses
• Do not remove from gift box/ original packaging

Please Note: metallic rose colors are sprayed for their color and this paint process can possibly cause cracks and spotting on the rose petals.
