Shopping Information

How long will the roses last?
  • Our roses will last much longer than any regular roses (usually up to 1 year) due to the preservation treatment done before they are dyed to your desired color!
What does my order status mean?
  • Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been received and our team is preparing it for shipment.
  • Awaiting Shipment: Your order has been created, packed & is waiting to be picked up by ups.
  • Shipped: Your order has been shipped from our facility and is on its way to its final destination!
  • Manual verification: Your order is on HOLD, it is important that we hear from you to be able to verify your order details. Contact customer service.
  • Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled due to incorrect billing or order details OR it has been cancelled per your request. (Refund takes 2-3 business days to be processed by your issuing bank)
  • Awaiting Pick up: Your Pickup request has been approved, the order will be ready for pick up in 24 hours. (Mon-fri between 9am-2pm)

What colors do you offer for the roses?
  • Red, White, Yellow, Light Pink, Hot Pink, Orange, Sky Blue, Tiffany Blue, Royal Blue, Black, Gold, Silver, Rainbow, Cream, Violet, Purple.. Stay tuned for future colors!
Please Note: Metallic rose colors are sprayed for their color and this paint process can possibly cause cracks and spotting on the rose petals.
How long will it take for the roses to ship/ arrive?
  • Transit time is shown on your selected shipping method.
Where are you located?
  • We are located in sunny Anaheim, CA USA.
Can I change my shipping address?
  • Please contact our customer service team immediately to request an address change! If the order has been processed/shipped we may no longer be able to.
If shipped Overnight, UPS may not be able to make changes or the item could be delayed. Customers also have the option to create an account or log into UPS My Choice to request changes.
Do you ship internationally?
  • At this time we are only offering shipping within the 48 US continental States, check back at a later date for possible updates!

Can I cancel my order?
  • If your order has not been shipped, please contact our customer service team via email or over the phone (714-855-3418) to request a cancellation. Please have your order number available.
  • If it has been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel your order. **NO RETURNS**

Do you accept returns for the roses?
  • Unfortunately, Studio de la rose does not accept returns. All our arrangements are handcrafted and made upon order, thus our products may not be returned. All our sales are final and will not be refunded or given store credit.

How are the roses packaged?
  • Do not water the roses
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight
  • Do not keep in damp environment
  • Do not touch petals to avoid breakage
  • Dusty lighty as needed
Do you offer other types of everlasting flowers?
  • No other flowers, only roses. We have solid colored roses and metallic roses.
Do your roses have an authentic smell?
  • After being bleached and going through the process of having the roses preserved they lose their natural scent. We use essential oils to add back in a pleasant scent that’ll last the roses lifetime.
What do you use for your rose’s smell?
  • Essential oils will be used for a scent.
How are the roses maintained? hii
  • Safely packaged inside a cardboard box, no hand delivery of single item. It will be packaged in a box.
Where do you source/farm your roses?
  • Our preserved roses come from all over the world, our main sources are in Ecuador and China to name a few.
Are your roses hypoallergenic?
  • The roses are preserved and do not have any pollen BUT they do have essential oils added in for scent. The metallic roses are also painted and some may have allergic reactions to the paint.
